Tri-Cities Band Booster Car Give-Away Rules
1.The price per ticket is $20.00, payable by cash.
2.The $20.00 price of a ticket is not deductible as a charitable deduction for federal or state income tax.
3.Tickets will be collected in order that they are received and held by Tri-Cities Band Boosters. All tickets must be purchased & received prior TBA.
4.The maximum number of tickets to be sold is 4,000. Ticket sales will cease when that number is reached and any payments received following the cutoff will be returned to sender. Members of the Tri-Cities Band Booster Board are not qualified to participate in the car raffle.
5.In the event that less than 2000 tickets are sold by TBA, there will be a 50/50 split-the-pot drawing of all monies collected minus expenses, and the car dealer will be released from the contract requiring this car agreement.
6.The drawing for the car will take place at the last home game held at Tri-Cities High School Stadium. You do not need to be present at the drawing to win.
7.Winner is responsible for cost of any additional options purchased.
8.Person claiming the prize must be 18 years of age and show a valid, federal or state government issued identification to claim prize.
9.Net proceeds will solely benefit the Tri-Cities Band Booster Organization.
10.Tri-Cities Band Boosters will not share any personal information listed on the raffle ticket with any other organization.
11.Information regarding this car raffle will be posted on the Tri-Cities Band Booster website www.tricitiesband.com
By purchasing a ticket for this raffle, I agree that I have read and understand all of the rules and regulation of the raffle. I understand that my money will not be refunded or exchanged.
